Refund policy

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, as the product is delivered in full upon purchase.

For physical products, if your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact hello@thelegacycompanion.com within 14 days of receipt with a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

If your physical order does not arrive within 21 days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
